professional therapist at sterling structural therapy

Lindsay Boccardo, Indiana USA

At first I was hesitant to not be in person. I have gone through so many different types of treatment – Chiropractor, Sports Medicine and PT, massage, Active Release Therapy, at home treatments… and nothing could stop my chronic pain except Advil. Ugh.

I started working with Anna and felt very supported and understood. She could still “see” all my issues through my laptop and would be tweaking my exercises regularly to help me get better results. I am so happy and relieved with the progress I’ve made and the activities I get to do again pain free. Things like GETTING OUT OF BED, working at my computer, Pilates, running… really it’s changed my activity level and freedom.

If you’re like me and popping Advil regularly for chronic pain that floats all over your body, it might be your fascia! I highly recommend trying this with an open mind.
