Connie Schapp

I have been a client at Sterling Structural Therapy for over a year. I have scoliosis which through the sheer nature of the condition causes the body to compensate for the spinal curves in troublesome ways. SST enabled me to improved my walking gait and my posture, I am aware of how my body compensates for the scoliosis and I am able to make corrections when I notice I am doing something that causes pain. I also have homework training exercises I perform at home. Sterling Structural Therapy provides a positive and encouraging environment for physical self-improvement. It was my lucky day when I called and schedule an appointment at Sterling Structural Therapy.
