Why I chose Sterling Structural Therapy?

I had excruciating pain in my neck and right shoulder. I was diagnosed with cervical facet syndrome. After weeks of doctor appointments, physical therapy, cortisone shots, massage and finally 2 surgical treatments of lidocaine shots in my neck, I was barely mildly better. When one is in constant pain it saps one’s energy as well as affects our emotional and mental state. I was referred to SST by my Physician. My sessions have been with Cody, a young man with a steady, calming maturity that instilled immediate confidence in his abilities to get me feeling well again. I have been going once a week for 14 weeks and I am so much better that I can live again.

I am diligent about doing my homework, I do the exercises about 15 times every day – morning, noon and late afternoon and I never miss a day! Why? Because I feel good when I do my program and I never want to go back to where I was. I feel rejuvenated, I can do most of my activities, enjoy my family and friends, it can’t get much better than that!
