Judah Page is a Certified Sterling Structural Therapist, a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist through ISMETA with over 19 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist & Therapeutic Yoga instructor.
Since 1996 Judah has been working with people dealing with various orthopedic, neurological and other physical challenges. At Sterling Structural Therapy Judah found a new paradigm for chronic pain treatment, a method that allows her to apply her extensive manual therapy skills and experience as a somatic movement educator.
Judah empowers her clients to take ownership of their bodies and their wellbeing. Her clients not only get carefully designed and effective self care routines to take home with them, they also undergo extensive postural and neuromuscular reeducation, giving them the tools to change every day habits that had resulted in chronic pain and injury.
Whatever your goal is, be it to be able to get back to enjoying life’s adventures, swing a golf club without fear for your back and shoulders, or simply be able to get out of bed in the morning without pain, Judah’s skilled instruction & diverse background gives her a unique knowledge base, enabling her to expertly design each client’s specific Rehab Protocols. Judah has also used her expertise as a Sterling Structural Therapist to create unique Yoga protocols, offering one on one Structural Yoga sessions where she carefully tailors Yoga routines based on each client’s specific Myofascial needs.
Sterling Structural Therapist, Doctorate Occupational Therapy
Anna Tennal is a Certified Sterling Structural Therapist and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, graduating with honors from Creighton· University’s occupational therapy program in Omaha, Nebraska. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Chemistry minor from Peru State College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Throughout her career, Anna has worked as a Chemist, DNA Analyst, and an Occupational Therapist. She has diverse experience in orthopedic disorders, neurological diseases, and genetic conditions; specializing in critical care patients requiring tracheostomies and ventilators.
Since joining Sterling Structural Therapy, Anna is excited to continue her direct impact on the lives of others through Sterling’s results-driven approach to fascia and connective tissue manipulation. She is impassioned by a goal-oriented approach, empowering clients to regain active lifestyles, live pain-free, and take control of their own rehabilitation through behavioral modifications.
In addition to her role at SST, Anna has a passion for academia and serves as a Teaching Assistant at Creighton University. She is a former collegiate athlete who enjoys trail running, hiking, yoga, and road races. Most importantly, Anna has an innate desire to serve others through providing innovative client-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practice, and employing a mind-body approach to chronic pain management.
Sterling Structural Therapist, B.Sc. Exercise Science
Brady graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor of science in Kinesiology and is a certified Sterling Structural Therapist. Brady is a student of the human body and its design, specifically as it relates to motor patterns. He is passionate about learning and exploring new techniques of improving biomechanics which he uses to help others reduce pain and improve the quality of their lives.
Brady has experience in working with a diverse range of clients ranging from Cardiac Rehabilitation, Orthopedic rehab to fitness. He has worked with clients of all fitness levels and various orthopedic and neurological conditions, developing individualized programs with the goal of improving strength, mobility and overall health as well as reducing chronic pain.
In addition to his passion for helping others improve their life, Brady enjoys being active himself, he is a fitness and sport enthusiast. He enjoys weightlifting, mountain biking and hiking with his German Shepherd.
Sterling Structural Therapist, Doctorate Physical Therapist
Patti Darland is a Certified Sterling Structural Therapist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, having graduated from the Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota. Patti also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University where she played on the Division I women soccer team.
From the onset of her career, Patti has honed her skills in top-rated hospitals and clinics throughout the nation. Her emphasis has been on orthopedic conditions and post-surgical recovery, although she loves working with clients with any and all conditions.
Since joining Sterling Structural Therapy, Patti has found tremendous joy in helping people in new and innovative ways. Sterling’s approach to treating chronic pain is the first of its kind, being the only fascia based therapy that delivers exceptional life changing results, virtually, without the need for hands on manipulation. Having the ability to facilitate this kind of life changing meaningful improvement in clients is an incredible privilege.
Patti empowers her clients to take control of their well-being through a carefully curated self-care routine. Each client undergoes significant postural and neuromuscular re-education to modify daily habits and to begin building their pain-free future.
In addition to her role at SST, Patti has two spunky daughters who keep life exciting. When Patti isn’t working, you can be sure she’s wearing a tiara or being turned into a frog with her girls somewhere in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Sterling Structural Therapist, Doctorate Physical Therapy
Jake is a Certified Sterling Structural Therapist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
He studied Rehabilitation Science and Pathokinesiology at the University of Pittsburgh, prior to earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chatham University. In addition to being a certified Sterling Structural Therapist, Jake holds Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, and Nutrition certifications. He leverages a diverse background including technology, research, and higher education experience when developing ergonomic and exercise therapy treatment plans for his clients.
Jake firmly believes that in order to create a lasting change in his clients’ lives, they must work together to uncover the root cause of their pain and limitations. He was drawn to Sterling Structural Therapy’s results-driven approach and enjoys seeing his clients undergo profound life changing personal transformations.
Outside of work, Jake is passionate about movement, nourishment, the arts, and the environment. If you can’t find him in the gym or by the grill, he is busy spending time with his wonderful family in New York or Maryland.
Sheryl Masowdi is a Client Coordinator at Sterling Structural Therapy. She provides caring and professional client service, answering your emails, texts and calls helping you get scheduled and answering your questions. Sheryl has a bachelor’ degree in business management and brings more than 20 years of experience in both customer service and business administration to her work. She is happy to be a part of the Sterling Structural Therapy team and is a huge asset for both clients and staff.
Mollie is a Client Coordinator at Sterling Structural Therapy. She offers exceptional client care to people from across the United States and all over the globe by providing information about SST and helping them get scheduled with us. Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing, has over 10 years of customer service experience, and simply loves helping people! Outside of work she keeps busy with her 2 little girls.
Administrative Assistant & HRO
Susie Snider is Administrative Assistant & HRO at SST. She brings over 35+ years of business management & customer service experience to her work, spending most of her life in Wisconsin growing up in her family’s business and later owning it for 23 years.
Susie now calls Arizona home, and has been with SST for over 5 years, she is an integral part of the SST team. She loves her job and experienced first hand how Sterling Structural Therapy can eliminate chronic pain, helping resolve her own 40 year chronic SI joint pain and restoring her mobility in her shoulder post shoulder replacement surgery.
In her leisure time Susie is passionate about helping raise money for Veterans with the American Legion along with spending time with her husband on their motorcycle.
